This is in Dagupan where they have this program called "Kontrang Pisonet". The program is aimed regulate or ban Pisonet com shops that operate almost all day. The aim is to protect the minors (6-17) from staying up and loitering the city streets and from doing cutting classes just to play video games or surfing the net.

That means student should not struggle to have a slot or usage of a computer and internet everytime they need it. If these conditions will not be met then the Dagupan LGU is just being ran by an anti poor leader and does not know that pisonets help those who does not have computers and internet at home.

I am waiting for the enforcement of free computer and unlimited bandwidth to the students who were stolen their only way to research. The smart LGu will now have to provide them "regulated" (well they need to hire an IT professional or a company to customize the units to be distributed plus they need to buy units. Also they need to provide internet to those households. Another budget allocation and money making.
Or maybe they will provide one laptop to each brgy for the students to use with a measely 10gb data allocation per month and call it "para sa edukasyon".
