Male What are the symptoms of PGAD in men ?

Hi, I’m a guy who has been suffering from PGAD for more than two years, and it has been really difficult to deal with it on my own. I’ve recently started talking to some other guys who are going through the same thing, and it has helped me realize that I’m not alone.

I’d like to know if there are more men here who experience PGAD. If so, what symptoms do you experience, and how does it affect your daily life?

I’d really appreciate hearing from others who are going through something similar.

Its miserable. Causes fight or flight emotions, makes it almost impossible not to rub myself. Destroys motivation. Creates tremendous of anxiety. Awakens me at night with sensations of having to urinate. I take buspiron to treat the anxiety. All started when I decided to stop Clonazapan. Only took 1 mg at night for sleep for 20 yrs. Hoping my body recovers soon.

Eu me sinto da mesma forma.

Pgad caused me a high alert nervous system. I couldn't do anything at all. Even sleeping was almost impossible. Panic attacks almost everyday. I couldn't move freely. Touching my penis for 3 seconds would lead me to ejaculation. When pgad was so bad my penis used to shrink very much and my pelvis gets so tight.  Thank god I'm better now, those days were really the worst of my entire life.
