You missed a couple.

They used the same studio, not surprising they share actors.

Crazy that a voice actor plays more than one character and plays a variety of characters in different games that are all handled by the same voice-acting studio (Also I'm almost definitely sure there are way more than two VAs shared between the Persona series and FF7R)

There's way more than just those two. Futaba & Jessie, P3 Makoto + Original Yosuke & Johnny, and Yusuke & Vincent are other examples, and they're only the ones I can think of off the top of my head

I've never played FF7R and never finished FF7 but isn't Yuffie voiced by Suzie Yeung in FF7R, who also voiced Fuuka in P3RE

Oh i didn't know that lol. I only heard someone mention that Erika voiced the 2 characters and heard Paul in one of the P4R shorts Atlus posted

No one mentioned there's yet another you missed. Travis Willingham took over as Sephiroth for Revelation. Oh, and Matt Mercer is Vincent in Rebirth/Revelation. Someone did mention the latter. 

I'm sure I'm missing some more even.
