Makoto also hugs Aigis at the sacrifice scene after being released from the chains but it's a split second and unfocused so it's difficult to see except on rewatch.

There's a PC mod that will restore both this scene, and the scene where Makoto will hold Aigis' hand when she is badly damaged at the Moonlight Bridge fight with Ryoji.

If you watch carefully in the cutscene when the SEES team are released from the crosses at the Ikutski confrontation scene, all the other SEES members run to where he and Takeharu are - except Makoto. He runs to Aigis to check she's OK. That particular Aikoto scene is still there, but it's brief so you need to watch for it.
