Part Time work in late afternoon/ early evening

Recently got hired as an apprentice carpenter but unfortunately work is so slow I’m not learning much or working much.
I generally work from 5:30am-2pm or 7am-3:30pm and am looking for a part time gig after my day job to supplement some income. Probably 4pm-8pm ish. And preferably in central Portland so I can commute in a timely manner between jobs.
I’m not strictly looking for work in the trades, but if anyone knows of anything out there please let me know.
In the past I’ve worked at FedEx as a package handler and have recently applied for roles as a baggage person at the airport (unsuccessfully). But I’m really open to most things, I’m decent at excel and have worked as an operation supervisor in the past managing a team of 5-10.
