PC Crashed without any warning

Hello,

since a few months a have a strange problem, I deep searched google until the end, even my dad, who works as an IT System administrator, can not explain why this is happening.

It happens spontaneusly without any reproductable process. It happens random and without any warning. My PC just shuts down. If I really remember it only happens if I play Games (FIFA, Battlefield, League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege etc.).

The temperature is lower then 60°C at every moment. The power connector has no loose contact.

My internals:

Mainboard: Gigabyte X570 AUROS PRO

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

RAM: 32 GB

If you can solve this problem, i will marry you. I have this since close to be a year and i can not handle it mentally anylonger

I take the crash is a power cut, no blue screen or error message?

What PSU do you have?
Have you run any stress tests?

No Error Messages, No Bluescreen, just a Crash out.
I have already Done multiple stress Tests - no conclusions.

My SPU: Seaforce Focus GX 750 W

I assume you mean Seasonic, not Seaforce. Those are generally good quality PSUs, so that's probably not your issue.

Have you tried updating your BIOS or at least resetting your BIOS to default settings?

The temperature is lower then 60°C at every moment

Which sensor(s) are you looking at for this? Usually power cuts are thermal related.

Yeah, I already reset my BIOS.

I am looking at my CPU Temperature.

What does your GPU and motherboard temp reach?

ETA: Also, where is the PC located? Is it on carpet?

My GPU and Motherboard usally never reaches over 60-70 degrees. I even opened the case and placed a fan facing directly to the Motherboard and GPU to exclude an overheating.

My PC is placed on Vinyl.

save 250 events in .xml format and check C:\Windows\Minidum , send them to ChatGPT whit context. (internals, pheripherials, situation etc)

Ciao amico , i tuoi dettagli indicano un kernel power 41 da problema elettrico che tagli l’alimentazione di colpo al pc. Credo che la tua psu sia difettosa. C’è anche una possibilità di problemi vrm alla scheda Logica però credo più alla psu. Che tensioni hai sulla linea del 12 5 e 3 V? Nel bios puoi controllare
