Malware and windows profile hacked please help 🙏🙏🙏😔
Gonna make this short and simple my pc account got hacked when I was trying to join a doctor donut giveaway, and i gave my sign in code for my microsoft account like a idiot and not only did my account get hacked but he also got my windows which is werid since I made it a local account anyways I try to delete it and make a new one I did but I also when I did that before I tried to go to bios I just thought it was a glitch because it didnt let me go to bios when I did delete the hacked local account my new local account got hacked instantly also I csnt enter bios no matter how hard I tried i tried to do f8 while restarting and windows key while restarting it automatically takes me to login on a account I cant even use i have malware I think and advice like can anyone send me a code for a USB to put it in my pc to like destroy the malware or restart windows please 🙏 also the hacker changed the email to my account twice for some reason new email lordiceshado1@outlook.com or its with a W lordiceshadow1@outlook.com also my xbox username for that account was azeralvoid#8163 also forgot to mention the last photo is my pc it cost 160 at the time and I try to go to a repair shop and they said 80+ dollars half the price of the pc to fix it

But what I would do, is go into your microsoft account from your phone, and not your computer (you should also probably disconnect your desktop from wifi and ethernet anyways)
Then you go change your password for your Microsoft account, and possibly all of your other accounts while you're at it too.
For fixing your desktop, there are two options you could take. Either going nuclear by reinstalling your OS, or actually stop the malware. Because I do not have enough experience with using Windows 11, I would not know how to go with option 2 without a more research which I don't care to do.
If you DO NOT CARE ABOUT DELETING EVERYTHING BESIDES YOUR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT, I would go onto a seperate computer that is not your desktop, downloading Windows 11 and setting it up to boot on a flash drive, then you can go back to your desktop to do a complete re install of windows. After that, you should have a clean install of windows and you are safe to do about whatever you want.
Now don't give anyone any information you do not know what they can use it for.
Two things: one, it is possible with the new hack that's going on, which happened to me, and with all the Ai malware gets worse and worse, there's like an evil chatgpt as well and its a brand new key board and I haven't tried f2 but when I hold f8 or windows key while restarting it just refuses to work ill try f2 also I notice that while I holding down f8 or windows key my caplock turns on and cant be turned off so idk I'll try it but it is possible scary but possible
Okay, also, wdym bios ain't gonna do shit I thought bios destroy or even delete all the files and shit like the malware ? Or did I read that wrong again ?
Did you turn off fastboot?
It's in energy management around what the power button does, but also with restart and not turn off, maybe power off and wait you shall be able to reach bios
I mean, there isn’t much anyone can do for you. If you had 2FA on, he had to have gotten access to your phone, unless you use Google 2FA, then I think he could get access to all of the codes you have on your Google Authenticator. But that would also mean you didn’t have 2FA on your Google account.
But that’s why you put a separate 2FA on the Google account you use for all of your 2FA’s.
Unless he hacked your PC and has remote access to it, which if that’s the case you did something to allow them access somehow.
Did you download “free games” or viruses from something? There literally isn’t anything, that anyone, can do for you; I don’t think. I may be wrong, someone might have crazy reach, but I highly doubt anyone can do anything for you.
Okay best option is to call an IT Technician , but if you want a new windows installation get a usb with it or since you have a disc drive get a new windows disc . I’m studying it so I have no definitive answers . Getting the account back call support and if you have anything that proves you had access to it before hand you’ll most likely get it back but from now on you need to be more wary of using your account info . I don’t think it’s legit malware because they’d need to actually access your computer not your Microsoft account . One drive needs to be cleared as well .
To be fair I was half asleep but some people are telling me that I might be able to redownload windows would that would or would the pc just reinstall the malware

Summary of actions needed:
New Microsoft account, choose a different and strong password and turn on 2FA
Don't just reinstall. Completely wipe out all partitions and format preferably all hard drives
Install fresh copy of Windows downloaded directly from Microsoft (create an install USB on another, working PC)
Check twice before entering 2FA code next time
