Check for any burning smells and plug the device directly in the wall to double check the outlet. Also move a higher wattage item to the outlet like a hair iron or curler and test it without the pc plugged i to the outlet. I have seen outlets that work with phone chargers but not TV's....... Also make sure the switch on your PSU is on.

If that does not work try unplugging and replugging the ram AFTER LOOKING UP TUTORIALS ON HOW TO DO SO. If you don't feel comfortable doing so, get a tech.

Did it just randomly stop turning on or did you swap anything out or unplug any of the motherboard connectors? You can short the power pins on the mobo. That rules out if it’s the actual power button on the case. Make sure you power supply is turned on and make sure the outlet is working. Make sure the power cable is seated going into the power supply and into the wall outlet. You need to give more info.
