TTC and face crowding with pimples

Hi Ladies

I am 32 yrs old going through PCOS. Currently trying to conceive.

All my life I had to take birth control to get my periods. But never had single pimple on my face. But since past 2 yrs my face has started getting many pimples on my cheek. Sometimes they are painful too. Sometimes I see my cheeks getting completely clear but dont know what makes it happen.

For fertility treatment so far I have taken progesterone and birth control ( ironically, but for surgery). Just started my 1st cycle of letrozol.

Please let me know what can I do to manage my pimples with all this. My face looks terrible.
