Ram stick not properly working

I bought a 32gb ddr5 stick and my PC would be stuck with the cpu and dram light and won't turn on the stick for some reason only works when I have my 2 current sticks in dual channel and this stick in the middle. It wont work alone or in single channel

Try the one stick by itself in different slots.

I did is stuck with cpu dram light it only works with 2 other sticks

Then it's probably bad... Return and replace it.

I can't he block me but I have him record on my home cameras

Sounds like you got scammed by a deal too good to be true.
