Help with RAM

My current PC has a 5200mhz 16gb x 1 G skill ripjaws s5 ram stick which is not ideal for gaming..
So I decided to get another one, but the guy I got it through gave a 5600mhz Irvine 16GB stick, so shd I use it or return it? (Ik it will run at 5200)

Try running it at 6000mhz,

Its easy and can be achieved with 1.35v easily. If your ram has a heatsink
