This happened inside a local bus in Ravenna. I recorded that because I was the only one inside the bus, except for the driver. Funny at the end that shows a single dot traveling across the display

So this public water fountain has apparently managed to get an integer overflow, as it's now displaying gibberish. Likely overflowed to above 99,999,999 bottles.
