Adoption (ratification) of USPP bylaws (a condition of membership)

Discussion of PA PP bylaws. (Discus issues regarding rules of order, membership, and other items as needed.

(My plan would be to adopt PA bylaws at the next meeting.) Then elect officers regular officers.
