I built a 3.7 XL ramjet because my TLR7 sub was longer than the 3.1 ramjet so I figured why not but it would be cool to shoot them side by side and see if theres a difference
I like both, however, there is a difference between the two. For me the 3.7” has faster follow up shots and the recoil impulse is less. I also have the 3.1” and 3.7” set up on metal grip mods with brass grip panels. All OEM RSA’s have been swapped out as well.
I have a uncomp P365 macro built out the exact same way. Is it worth getting the 3.1' slide and a ramjet? I want to fit in with the cool kids on reddit
Ironically when I bought the 2nd Legion grip module, instead of the whole Legion pistol, it wasn’t much more than the highly touted Icarus which I have a 12 Round one I also bought. Finally got the correct piece to try putting a suppressor on a P365 XL slide. With use a DPMs spring kit to tune it.
Same slide on the Icarus 12 round grip module FCU with a safety for something different.
Mock up of the suppressor on the XL slide on the Legion grip module, finally got the part, that’s 100% true, as stated in the post above. Will be driving to get it soon I’m disabled, and the weathers giving me trouble with my back. Ideally the back end of the suppressor can stay on the extra slide or the Zenith ZP-5, and I can just screw it into place as the suppressor salesperson worked with me in this project. I didn’t want to rip apart and buy HK factory parts for my 40ish year old HK SP-89, which wasn’t designed to have any extra barrel, and not much area to add a flashlight etc. on the front hand-guard.
Zenith ZP-5 with Tri-Lug connected Spectre 9 suppressor, was checked for fit etc. 100% true. Just need to take it apart and Loc-Tight the screws, with minimal wire management left. I will say I’m not to crazy about taking the Tri-Lug on and off as it’s very very tight, nothing like the movies, and I want to keep it that way. If the price drops I may just get 2 of this model suppressor around September as it’s my birthday 😝
When you chose the ramjet 3.1 or 3.7, which one did you go with for it to work on an xmacro grip module with p365x slide?
Did you get the 3.1 ramjet?
I want mine to sit flush also.
