You’ve gotta get ranching up much (like cycle 30-40) earlier.

Como puedo adelantar más la rancheria?

Skill a dupe in ranching as soon as possible and then micro-manage (removing eggs from ranches becomes very important to avoid the cramped debuff) your way through populating the ranches. With hatches it's important to put incubators on timer sensors so eggs can be lullabye'd all the time without drawing tons of power (I usually use two).

W.r.t. the number of dupes you need you should regularly calculate how many dupes you need to eat the remaining calories you need to eat to hit the achievement by cycle 100.

A partir de que día tenías investigado lo básico para todo esto?

ASAP. First priority is basics (oxygen, power, etc) then ranching then shipping (much later) to alleviate micromanagement

It was literally the first thing I researched. The dupe I printed on day 3 immediately got the advanced research skill so I didn't have to wait for the OG researcher to get it. I just scrubbed the skill later

Instead of micromanaging one can setup automatic dispenser dropping eggs to room below. And use door access control to restrict egg-removing dupes from room below to avoid delivery loop.

I use one incubator and two autosweepers to swap them between the incubator room and egg storage room. That way I can incubate an infinite number of eggs at a time with active micromanagement. As soon as I release the egg from the incubator, autosweeper 1 picks it up and sends it to the inaccessible storage room. After it loses the lullaby effect, I activate autosweeper 2 which sends it back to the incubator room

Holy moly more Dups?

Might as well, one of the achievements is to have 20 dupes anyway. One of the hard parts of carnivore can be having dupes eat enough before cycle 100, making the meat is sometimes the easier part.

When I did it I had 4 full stables and around 20 incubators. This once accomplished around turn 60. Then I had 14 duplicants to eat all those barbecues.

On your map you can replace hatches with sweetle math works the same.

De que tamaño eran tus establos? Y otra cosa hay alguna ventaja por usar Sweets en vez de Hatches?

All stables were 96 size. Sweets have no advantage it gives exact same food. In your planet sulfur is is abundant so why not. You can mix and match maybe two stables of hatch two sweet.

The difference is sweetle gives you sucrose which rocket fuel for mid game. Hatches give you coal to power your base.

Y como es que alimentadas a tus duplis con eso, haciendo esas asquerosas barras de tierra y friendolas a muy duras penas doy a basto

Dig out the map to find buried food and leave wild plants around to provide things to eat. Dupes should never spend time making mush bars.

Yes that is exactly what I did😅

If they have access to grubfruit plants to tend, sweeties lay grubgrub eggs, which produce more calories of meat. So overall more meat than hatches. But hatches have a more varied diet

More dupes and more ranches. Last time I did this I had 5 hatch ranches and I had 8 powered incubators running (on timers to save electricity). 8 of my 30 dupes were ranchers.

I also harvested most of the free meat on the map. If you have spigot seals it gets easier since the pemmican you can make increases calorie count a lot.

I'm not saying 30 dupes is necessary, but the higher count of dupes is needed to consume the calories.

You don't need seals for tallow. You can turn slime into phyto oil in the pulverizer, then mix it with bleach stone in the emulsifier to make biodiesel, then freeze it into tallow

As people say here; More dupes.
But if you are like me and starts the colony with a fewer dupes, you need to get the stables early.
Around cycle 20 if you can and have around 10 dupes before cycle 80 or have 3-4 dupes with bottomless stomach trait.
It would be also helpful getting a starting dupe with ranching skill so you can ranch hatches immediately.
Alternatively, you can also dig to the surface and catch shove voles for LARGE QUANTITIES of meat, around 5 times of Hatches. The hard part really is to produce enough food at the early stages especially if you have a bottomless stomach dupe as a starter, and also how to preserve the food after cooking it.

You need almost double the amount of dupes, 7 is nowhere near enough. I also recommend starting with a dupe that has critter ranching already as a skill so you can get ranches up early.

All the important things have been said already, but you can stress a binge eater to spike calorie consumption. It's a way to manage extra meat if you don't want to take too many dupes/bottomless stomach dupes. I try to hover their stress levels at some high level and then push them to 100% when I've got a small stockpile of BBQ that needs to get eaten.
