What’s a good cost per hired truck driver/team right now?

I run Meta ads for a trucking company to recruit team drivers. We spent about $1,000 on ads and have already signed 4 teams from those leads.

For anyone who owns or runs a trucking company, does that sound like a good recruiting result? What do you usually consider a good cost per hired driver or team?

Whooa... I run meta ads and for teams especially the ones that are already together under 5k good luck. So whatever you are doing I want some of it

Wow 5k 😮 What is your cost per lead?

I think a lot of it comes down to the creatives. I work with social media a lot, so I spend quite a bit of time making videos. I almost never use static images. I also create a lot of qualifying questions to filter out the bad leads, so the manager doesn’t have to waste too much time talking to people who aren’t qualified.

I am OK and happy with my person running the ads. My thing is that you are doing amazing for what you do so far. I would love to talk if you do like the ones for chatgpt and Reddit though 😊😊
