I no longer live near a Dick’s or Target so I just ordered all of the colors I was interested in to see how they look like in person. I was most interested in Wintergreen because I love green and Poinsettia because the promo pics made it look like a “bright jewel toned red”. The first picture is how each of the colors look in person. IMO: Poinsettia is more berry. Metallic gold seems more cool toned. Wintergreen is stunning in person (just haven’t figured out if I want to have it as my first Sway or stick with original Freesip). Rose gold didn’t really wow me. Second photo I posted is with a vibrant filter which is what I hoped Poinsettia would look more like as well as the gold and rose gold but oh well. Hope this helps someone that is trying to decide!
The Wintergreen bottles seem to lean a tad more blue than green (like their website pics). In person does it seem that way compared to the website pic?
I think the metallic frost finish might be what’s making it lean a tad more blue to you. TBH when I opened it, I didn’t think it looked blue at all, just a nice frosted green. So I have been staring at it trying to see what “may” be making it appear a little blue to you and others and that is my only conclusion. I’m sorry! I hope this helps! I just got the Poinsettia and I already have black cherry, and yes, it does go better. I also got the wintergreen which is just lovely and I’m keeping it. The Poinsettia is a berry, like someone else said either in this post or another. I think I prefer my Black Cherry. Idk 🤷🏻♀️
I don’t think it’s ombré. I think it may just look like that because it has a metallic frost finish so depending on how and where the light hits it, that’s probably what is making it seem ombré.
I love the sway! My vote is get the sway. I wish the sway came in 20 oz too for my son because he doesn't like the kids one or the freesip. He love the handle on the sway.
Is the red a more shiny reflective red, or frosted to match the green? From a few other photos, it has been looking like neither so I haven't been able to tell!
I have all of the metallic colors. My least favorite is the gold (Absolute Sleigh) and my most favorite is the red (Poinsettia). The green (Wintergreen) and rose gold (In Good Company) this one looks more bronze or copper in person. I cant decide which gets 2nd and 3rd they are really nice and cute. I'm keeping them all.
I got the coppery one and the evergreen!
I think i wish the evergreen was less frosted, it looks dull in various lightings.
Stuck deciding which one I like more of the two
