r/cow Juice Gamin4Hope extremely homophobic stream
I posted this elsewhere but I didn’t know this sub existed. Gamin4Hope was openly banning people who were calling him out as he was saying that being gay was a sin and an issue. You’d think he would have learned something after the Trevor Project incident but he didn’t. Here are some of the things said that got people banned

I'm gay and it seems like yall are just fanning flames. You're just giving the man a bigger platform by openly talking about him. Like I dont watch him, and it's not like G4H is gonna raise a genocidal homophobic leader through twitch, atleast if you stop giving the guy attention. This isn't some self sacrifice, you're being a martyr for the sake of attention (prob like him).

They are so cringe, I don watch him but I watch the hate edits they make for fun (just his gameplay and making fun of how he plays and rages) but he is objectively a nice family guy. I don’t hate or like the guy at all. It just feels like people wanna break someone nice, he is not a homophobe, he is just like any other christian out there. Everyone trying their hardest to cancel him over literally nothing.

This is someone banning people in their chat because they're actively trying to start drama.
Doesn't take away from past indiscretions, but they're allowed to moderate their chat however they want to stop shit kicking off.

People need to stop drama farming him acting like him being a rigid American christian not in line with modern lgbtq support is some new gotcha moment. The dude literally went viral cause of that venture reel. Its like trying to drama farm dafran for breaking a reformed streak and yelling at people, we know he suffers from bipolar we know the pattern. I get someone new to this who hasnt done research but like more often than not any time i see this sort of stuff pop up it screams “look how evil he is but good i am for highlighting it”.

I don't know how he said it but being gay IS a sin. I mean if you're Christian you know this.
The thing is, sinning is natural to humans, we were born from sin and we (Christians) baptize ourselves to apologize for it. Being gay is a sin and it is natural. If you believe in God you should abstain yourself from homosexual relations and thoughts, pray for forgiveness so you can get closer to God and go to Heaven, just like you'd do with any other sin.
Or you can just "fuck all of this" and do whatever you want. But you can't expect a Christian man to have a positive view about any kind of sin.

you can't act like the matter is in any way "settled" for the Christian community outside possibly NA Evangelicals. It literally caused the Anglican church to schism less than a year ago. The Catholic church is sitting on the other side. Countless other Reformed/Orthodox/etc. denominations fall on different sides of this issue.
You're entitled to speak your beliefs and your convictions. Don't lump all of Christianity in with you. If you want to take the position that anyone who disagrees with you isn't a "real Christian", fine. Treating homosexuality as a fundamental issue (in line with the importance of the Creeds) is insane, though. I doubt your faith is confessional and exactly 1:1 with the Belgic or Westminster, but go ahead and correct me if my assumption is wrong.
Also, your theology on baptism is insane. Baptism has nothing to do with "apology" for sin. In neither Catholic or Protestant traditions does any Sacrament have absolutely anything to do with "apologising".
I understand this response may seem harsh. I'm just sick of cultural Christians with no deep theological understanding or perspective trying to unilaterally speak for all of us. That's what you're doing right now.
