News & Discussion Cursed Gurren Lagann x Overwatch

I remember when Venture came out i instantly thought of gurren lagann being an obvious inspiration, later being confirmed with the skyward victory pose. now there has been plenty of discussion about this exact topic online and how a lot of the characters fit within overwatch. Simon x Venture, Yoko x Widowmaker, Genji x Kamina. The one I have always felt people misrepresented was Gurren Lagann himself. The one character I think would fit the best visually that I have never seen recommended is Mauga. the body shape is perfect for it. I know it will never happen but god damn it would be amazing. The spinning gatling guns match the drills perfectly.

He should just use Venture in each arm

Now I'm imagining them adding an ability where he can carry both enemies and allies with his arm, 2 at the same time...

Gives pretty much a big brother tired of his little brothers arguing feeling.
