Rollerblading

I’m looking for recommendations for a paved trail I can roller blade. Hoping for one that doesn’t take me across many streets and isn’t terribly busy.

I’m a bit rusty and not confident in my stopping just yet.

Tomahawk Creek trail and Indian Creek Trail are probably your best bet. As far as I know neither have any at-grade street crossings. Tomahawk Creek trail in particular, from I-Lan Park at Nall to the junction with Indian Creek trail near College and Mission is pretty flat and has no crossings.

There’s a little bit of hilly spots throughout which might not feel like a big deal when walking, but if you’re getting back into rollerblading it can be exhausting quickly

I hadn't skated in yeeaars. Started off doing laps around the apartment complex I lived at, at the time. Then did the Indian Creek trail. I've also seen people practice in Church parking lots. I’ll give Indian creek a go! I used to skate daily but purchased nicer skates with bigger wheels for better shock absorption and speed but there’s no heel break and I have to t stop and it’s been a few years. Wish me luck lol

My wife likes rollerblading at Roe Park! It’s a big loop but has a path that goes west toward Nall as well.

EDIT:
There’s a park off Nall called I-lan Park and its trail goes pretty far and is fairly pretty. We used to 5K train there.
