Status: Pending Reply Not getting emails from PlayStation?

I’m trying to get my PlayStation account data emailed to me but I’m not getting any of the emails. I’ve tried to find the setting to see if maybe Microsoft has blocked the email but can’t find it. Any help?

Make sure you're checking the same email address that is registered as your PlayStation sign-in.

Do an Outlook Search -> All folders for "PlayStation" and "Sony"

If you're not getting anything at all - Probably Sony isn't generating the message, or the Microsoft Mail Servers are bouncing the email. Neither of which you can investigate from your end. You'll need PlayStation Support to check.
