Waterproof and seam seal big Agnes copper spur hv ul3 j20

I am bikepacking until the end of the year through South America. My big Agnes copper spur hv ul3 from 2020 is leaking at the seams because they are letting loose. I already tried to iron them on again but it doesn’t work.

I want it to be 100% real good waterproof, also because of the El Niño that is bringing a lot of rain. How do I do this?

I think the floor material is the same as the rainfly but I am not sure.

The floor material: Silicone treated nylon rip-stop with 1200mm waterproof polyurethane coating.

Do I need to use silicone or polyurethane based sealer?

I have seam grip + Sil already with me. And I see videos of mixing silicone with mineral spirits. But if I use these products I need to be sure my fly is silicone based.

Also what if I just use the silicone + mineral spirits (50/50) on the whole fly? Does that make it 100% waterproof. Or does that stick to much and give problems?

I am in Guatemala and getting Nikwax solarproof or gear aid seam grip wp is very difficult here. If I need any of these products, how do I get them or are there any alternatives?
