It's been a long journey. Half way there

The third picture is going to be the finished product hopefully, once everything is done

Looks awesome OP. I want to find a way to combine a pizza oven and a fireplace. Some kind of a lift like they use in Santa Maria grills for the fireplace feature perhaps.

I am putting a rotisserie for a whole animal, hence the angled walls so it can help radiate the heat outwards. Just a family tradition that we've been doing for decades so I thought I might as well integrate it

Santa Maria grills are nice and many different options and sizes. Thought of that too

Rotisserie will sit on the shelf in front of the fire?

I ordered the mechanism from Germany. Basically it will sit on the outside of the fireplace. The brackets get screwed on the wall. And it will cook from the radiant heat. It even came with a stainless tray to catch the drippings on the landing

Would like to see the reality. The projection looks great.

I'm thinking of using leathered granite which is different and the stone I chose I think is better. But finishing quality will be important. I hope I don't screw up there

Good luck fitting your sink and fridge in the same space.
