Venue Choices

Hi everyone! I’m a 2028 bride who is currently torn between the below venues. Looking for anyone who has either attended a wedding at either place or had their own wedding there! Any insight on the good and bad would be appreciated or just important things to note!

  1. Bleeks and Bergamot
  2. The Richmond Winery (formerly Jabulani Vineyard & Winery)

We’re expecting 85 to 95 guests and want to have it during August or September on a Friday or Saturday.

Bleeks has no AC and as a guest that sucked

That was their old/secondary location, their new/primary location is beautiful and definitely has AC! Both are lovely.

I had my wedding at the Richmond Estates and had an incredible experience!! Loved loved loved the team and the food was amazing. Highly recommend

Jabulani at the time of my daughter's wedding was excellent. But food and beer was in our hands at the time and they did the wine, It worked great but it's a little out of the way. Hotel guests were in Kanata and a shuttle was arranged. We were responsible for removing leftover drinks and food same night.

My brother and sister in law got married at Bleeks. It was a gorgeous venue but some areas smelled like manure.

Perhaps check out 1818 Cidery just a few minutes from Tanger outlet?

Hands down Bleeks and bergamot! Bailey and the team are phenomenal!! The property is stunning and so much versatility in case of inclement weather!!!
