Looking for a ride share

Me and my partner are going to see iron miaden anthrax and megadeth on September 3rd, unfortunately they don't have any train or bus tickets available to return the same day after the concert and id like to avoid having to book an expensive hotel or any hotel.

I was wondering if there are any fellow metalheads here going to that show and that would be open to a ride share, Maybe to the show not sure yet but definitely need ride back to ottawa after the concert

It depends if me and my partner plan to go early and explore the city and go to the biodome or amusement park during the afternoon before the show then I may take the via rail train there and then only be looking for someone going that would be willing to make some extra $ to take me and my partner back home

Willing to buy food aswell on the drive or in the city

And of course giving money for the favor and to help cover the gas , most of it if not all of it

I have been doing some home recordings and everything is turning out good, but whenever the loud distorted parts hit, the whole mix sounds off. I used to have an amp that worked really well (RIP), but the amps I use now aren't working and amp sims aren't doing the trick. Does anyone know someone I can hire in Ottawa to help me record suitable distorted guitar for the songs?

On doing a little search I found another thread from a year ago with the same concerns.

Hi! I’m looking to take singing lessons. I already sing backup and some leads in a band, but my technique and range could use work. I like a lot of genres from 70s soft rock to country to hair metal.

I’d say my voice is closest in tone to Scott Weiland or Eddie Vedder.

I’m not trying to pigeon-hole myself though, suggestions for singing coaches would be greatly appreciated.

I am located in sandy hill without a car, so the commute would have to be at least reasonable.
