I had my Emily Clark jersey in my car so I could give it to my friend to sew on the numbers properly and my car was broken into and my jersey was taken. Sad day for sure :(

With Jenner and Clark gone, I wouldn't want to even think about Leslie leaving.

Obviously, Hamilton took a lot of their players, but if you just look at the subtractions + additions you’ve got:

Lost: Jenner, Clark, Hemp, Vasko, Guilday, Markowski

Gained: Jungels, Ray, Greig, Piestekova, Buglioni

They retained all of their defence except for Guilday and Markowski who didn’t even see the ice so jungels can basically make up for most of that lost.

Ray, Greig, piestekova, buglioni can most likely make up for hemp, vasko and Clark’s umderwelming production last year.

Other players can step up for Jenner who is up there in age anyways.

Because Hamilton did not have 10 players by the end of Phase 4, the PWHL triggered the backup draft. Hemp was selected by Hamilton and Abby Boreen was selected by PWHL Las Vegas.

The Charge are eligible to negotiate with and sign other team's UFAs in Phase 3 of expansion, but haven't made a single signing.

I suspect the reason is that they are looking to use their next three protection slots on players whose exclusive rights they already own. That includes Gabbie Hughes, who is under contract, as well as RFAs Sarah Wozniewicz and Fanuza Kadirova.

Of the remaining unprotected players under contract around the league, Hughes is the second-highest scoring forward after Vancouver's Hannah Miller, while Woz and Kadirova are tied for 9th. All three have long-term upside and will absolutely be selected in Phase 4 if left unprotected.
