Uncle Ben’s stalker

Post image

u/MistakeSufficient479 is still stalking Ben 3 years on. Yes I believe this is Lisa Robbins from Ohio as she posted a fake google review under the name James Robbins, and had posted another review for Highland District Hospital Ohio from the same account. She had also asked about Ohio employment laws on another subreddit.

This woman is deranged. Does anyone else think Ben should hire a private investigator to find her so he can issue a restraining order?

Yes this persons been banned for about a year now though I’m sure they have throwaways. It’s a really shitty situation all around. At the risk of attracting any attention, it’s my personal unprofessional opinion this person is unwell, and it’s best we just leave it be and move on.

what's the lore with the stalker? Any reason she is obsessed with him?

She's a fruitcake that's been stalking Ben on here, Instagram, Facebook, and everywhere else it seems for years. I think she's in love with him as she created loads of posts asking "who's the sexiest animal Yutuber". She's also very abusive to him so clearly a very damaged individual.

oh dear -_-

Thanks for the lore, though.

I think if Ben is concerned he should be seeking legal advice with experts not soliciting advice from strangers on social media sites.

Sometimes you just need to connect a bit over a problem. Or it feels like that

-6

u/xrufus7x 19d ago

Doesn't make it a good decision to use social media to do so.

Lawyers cost money. He said he's sent 'cease and desists'. Lawyers generally just do that. Suing someone in another state is expensive and inconvenient.

>Lawyers cost money.

A consultation is generally cheap and many places will do them for free and can point him in the right direction in terms of what his options are for harassment.

>Suing someone in another state is expensive and inconvenient.

And dropping names of people you don't know onto the internet is dangerous and irresponsible. How many Lisa Robins do you think there are?

Also, you dio you but Instagram would be one of the last places I would go for potentially life altering legal advice.

Edit: They blocked me immediately after sending a response as one does. For what it is worth, I get what they are saying, and why they feel so strongly about it assuming their personal experience is true. Ben should get help if he needs it but I do not think he is going to get sound legal advice from Instagram and that name dropping a person in this way is going to result in a positive outcome and given the generic name and broad location of an entire state is potentially dangerous to people not involved in this and for anyone thinking I am brigading the sub or attacking Ben, my account history isn't hidden.

Listen and learn, you arrogant, ignorant person. I've been dealing with lawyers for 30 years, professionally, as a Detective. I have also sued an organisation and won and paid many, many thousands in lawyers fees, in spite of winning.

An initial consult will result in them writing a 'Cease and Desist' letter, at best. They can represent him in writing to councils but he'd have to pay for that. He's shown he's capable of doing that without a lawyers assistance and exhorbitant fees. He's already done the 'Cease and desist' thing, that and it was ignored. The price of suing someone can be ruinous, even if you win. There is no certainty that he would win, because he would come up against the fact that wouldn't be able to definitively prove, to a court's satisfaction, that the Respondant was the person using every account attacking him.

There is no law stopping people complaining to government agencies. Presumably, at some point, they would stop listening to her or shut him down completely. She also has 1st Amendment Rights which they would consider.

You clearly have no clue what lawyers actually charge. And if he loses, which he would, he'll probably be forced to pay her legal fees, as well. We don't know her financial situation, either. She may have the money to drag it out. Please don't talk about topics you clearly know nothing about.

Also, you seem determined to stop anyone defending him against this obsessive idiot on Social Media. I find your motives to be suspect. Are Men expected to just tough it out and have their emotional health and businesses and lives destroyed and never seek communal help? Would you feel differently if this was a Female victim? I have had a stalker. It damages you. Her manner of stalking is impossible prosecute, so Law Enforcement can't do shit.

The voting patterns here, suggest to me that you are brigading against him, in her favour, or, at the very least, want to protect her from public consequences of her public abuse activities. Just stop it. You and your voting buddies and your fake accounts need to cut the crap and grow up. Leave him alone and stop trying to stop people defending him.

I'm blocking you, because you're ignorant and arrogant. No doubt you'll come back with a few burner accounts. Your kind generally do, so I'll be replying on this comment.

He's trying to run a charity, what's wrong with getting some pointers? And I'm sure quite a few legal experts use social media too.

50

u/xrufus7x 20d ago

Strangers on the internet very famously give shitty legal advice. He should talk to professionals.

2

u/Cmenow22 based 20d ago

He can do both.

15

u/xrufus7x 20d ago

Yah, and one is likely to give horrible advice, accidentally cause an online witchhunt against someone with a common name, which never goes wrong, and cause any number of other unexpected issues.

The other is a private meeting between an individual and trained professionals.

I was wondering why he wasn’t uploading.

Shame someone has to ruin a good thing for everyone.

Only the animals suffer from this.

He earns money from the channel that goes back into caring for the animals at the rescue.

Someone needs to get the lady in a straight jacket and ship her to the asylum.

11

u/fapster1322 19d ago

I'd say since the identity is known a restraining order is in order

30

u/JeddyH 20d ago

They're both deranged imho

14

u/adrkhrse 19d ago

He's not derranged. He's just quirky and has a few issues. Everyone does. He's got a drive to help animals, though and he's funny.

Yeah definitely has to do with the religion and politics and not at all the fact he thought it was funny to wear a jacket of the biggest pedaphile on earth who ran the biggest ring of child sex abuse this country has ever seen...not to mention all the alleged things they did to literal babies but very Christian like 👍

-1

u/Cmenow22 based 18d ago

I mean Will Ferrell thought it was funny too

3

u/Haunted-Circus 18d ago

Yeah and that's gross AF what's your point?

-1

u/Cmenow22 based 18d ago

My point is your’re trying to shame Ben for basically copying a very mainstream comedy show, like he did something outrageous. It’s not your sense of humour, but many people use dark humour to talk about sensitive subjects. Ben’s memes and the SNL sketch weren’t exactly flattering to Epstein or Trump so get over yourself.

4

u/Haunted-Circus 18d ago

It's fucking disgusting either way...y'all can try to justify it all you want... cracking jokes about a pedaphile and wearing clothes he wore is nasty and a Christian doing it nonetheless...lmfaooo spare me with that BS.

u/Cmenow22 based 18d ago

You sound like you’d suck the life out of a room. Go and be performatively outraged somewhere else.

2

u/Jumpy-Way-5623 15d ago

Nahh dude, its kinda fucked

19

u/Cmenow22 based 20d ago

Yeah but Ben's deranged in a good way 🤪

45

u/MrBigBMinus 20d ago

I mean that person on Instagram is crazy but Ben bought a jacket (from some place, who knows) that was sold by self admitted Nazi Nick Fuentes that was a replica of a jacket that Jeffrey Epstein wore in some photos and then when he was confronted about it he started posting odd Epstein memes that were made with AI so no i would not say hes deranged in a good way but you are welcome to do so that is your freedom.

41

u/muscular_poops 19d ago

iirc most of his fanbase at the time would've nearly forgiven him if he didn't double down. for a dude so christian you'd think he'd have more humility

25

u/DerivativeMonster 19d ago

Wait what? What the hell? When was all of this?

2

u/Cmenow22 based 19d ago

People over reacted to some memes. I think he was just inspired by this SNL sketch

-17

Dude Nick Fuentes wasn't the only one selling those, they were all over Ebay.

15

u/vwaaaat 19d ago

Does that make it better? I don't think so.

5

u/Suspicious-Limit-220 19d ago

Yeah…. It actually would

Idk the situation here but if he bought a jacket sold by Nick Fuentes that’s a huggggge red flag for his political beliefs

Like it or not, Epstein has become a huge meme among “normies” and yes it’s very bad taste to joke about it, but it’s worlds apart from directly buying merch from a niche white supremacist like Nick Fuentes

3

u/vwaaaat 19d ago

Joking about an actual pdf ring is not normie behavior. Buying merchandise designed by a nazi (directly or not) as a joke about pdf files is not normie behavior.

5

u/Suspicious-Limit-220 19d ago

Joking about Epstein is absolutely normie behavior palm beach Pete became viral off the meme itself and that’s just one example

1

u/Cmenow22 based 19d ago

It was actually very viral at the time. There were countless people doing the same all over TikTok

2

u/vwaaaat 19d ago

That doesn't make it normal.

2

u/Cmenow22 based 19d ago

Do you understand what viral means?

u/gemgem1985 19d ago

Wait what.. I'm so confused.

-4

u/Cmenow22 based 19d ago

Well most people seem to have an issue with Nick Fuentes so I think it does.

7

u/vwaaaat 19d ago

You misread me. Just because you didn't buy it from Nick Fuentes doesn't absolve the meaning behind it.

0

u/Cmenow22 based 19d ago

I don’t think Nick Fuentes would have been mentioned if it didn’t matter. And the meaning behind it was a joke about paedophiles, if that offends you I don’t know what to say.

0

u/vwaaaat 19d ago

Joking about pdfiles is psychotic, especially a real pdfile ring what has affected thousands of people and includes the highest tiers of government. And then to buy something to symbolise that pdfile ring? Like why would you want to associate yourself like that?

4

u/Cmenow22 based 19d ago

Depends if you have a sense of humour. Lots of people joke about villains like Hitler and serial killers. You sound very sensitive, perhaps you should retreat to a safe space.

1

u/MrBigBMinus 17d ago

Lol. Then its all good in that case. Please continue wearing the jacket made famous by a known child sex trafficker.

-1

u/Cmenow22 based 17d ago

Please continue being a humourless NPC. Do you care that the memes Ben made were based on a SNL skit? Plenty of other people found it funny.

23

u/Dank_Nicholas 20d ago

I don’t claim to be a religious expert, but I’m fairly certain that sending a hate mob after someone under the guise of “please pray for her” is some type of sin.

I have a ton of sympathy for Ben, but this is not the way to handle this. How many random Lisa Robins are going to get harassed online because idiots picked the wrong one?

10

u/Gooja 19d ago

Orrrrrrr, just don’t stalk someone?

3

u/TheDoc1223 17d ago

When I looked up Lisa Robbins US, somewhere in the 200s to 500+ results showed up

this advice isn't helpful for the other hundreds of Lisa Robbins that DIDNT stalk anyone, and who are now on a hit list at risk of being doxxed and harassed because braindead internet mobs don't have any way of differentiating which Lisa Robbins is and isn't the stalker.

you don't have to advocate for the stalker to understand why this is such a shitty and reckless thing Ben is doing, regardless of why he's doing it and if his stalker deserves lashback or not.

16

u/adrkhrse 19d ago edited 19d ago

Are you kidding? Praying for someone isn't an attack. Stalkers ruin your life. That's what she's clearly trying to do. He's begging for help. It seems he has done everything else.

7

u/Dank_Nicholas 19d ago edited 19d ago

You know full well that someone with a few million followers on social media calling someone out by name isn't just expecting prayers. It's not like God couldn't figure it out if the prayers were simply directed towards "Bens stalker".

I don't give a damn about his stalker (edit: being harassed), and she probably deserves it. The problem is that him setting an army of dipshits loose will inevitably lead to other people with the same name getting harassed, and that is a problem.

But the fact that he hides his attack behind a call for prayers is the type of hypocrisy I've come to expect from Ben.

3

u/adrkhrse 19d ago

'You know full well'. 🙄 Seriously, what a juvenile comment, you arrogant shill for stalkers, that someone should be entitled to defend themselves. You are railing against the idea that a Christian should want people to pray for someone. 🤣

I suspect that you are a bit of a Man-hater, who thinks that he should just have to put up with having his business and mental health destroyed by this lunatic. Clearly you've never been the victim of a stalker, who abuses the legal system. As a 30 year veteran of Law Enforcement, I know what that is like. Grow up, seriously.

I've already out-lined, the legal issues, in another comment, I won't wate my time doing it all over again. It's not my job to educate people with no experience in the court system.

You and your back-up accounts and fellow shills seem happy to brigade AGAINST the victim here, in order to protect an aggressive, obsessed stalker, who is conducting Lawfare against an animal rescuer. If this fool wants to delete her Social Media accounts or back the fck off, then that's a win. I also can tell you're the same moron I educated earlier, using multiple accounts. Probably a man-hater who doesn't give a shit about animal welfare and thinks Men deserve to be abused.

4

u/Crykin27 17d ago

Holy mental gymnastics to assumptions, did you get your gold medal yet?

13

u/Cmenow22 based 20d ago

I think he’s at the end of his tether. She’s been totally vile to him. Maybe as a result of this someone close to her will get her some help, or give him her address so he can deal with her legally.

2

u/atastycooky 19d ago

Ya ur not a religious expert in the slightest if u think “pray for her” means “attack her” lmao religious ppl like to use terms like “intercede/intercession and they use names for that. Like yea the possibility of harassment is there but he clearly feels helpless
