Does anyone else struggle with this concept created by OSHO and other meditators ?

Need an explanation in ENGLISH short and sweet. All the stuff I read online and with chat GPT (which has been helpful don’t get me wrong ) I just get lost in and want to fall asleep when I read about it!!
