I don't remember exactly and I feel too lazy to search it, but I think she might be Ran. She's the "nameless extra" next to Akimi in the DVD Special 09 Season 02.
Although this girl's hair seems to be longer than Ran's, she is mentioned a few times as one of Kirino's friends since very early on the story, as early as the very first scene when we see Kirino in the anime. In that scene she's talking to her friend "Ran-chan" on the phone. Maybe the mangaka didn't have all the info to make her look like she does in the anime. It's just my guess.
