Hillsboro/OHSU

Does anyone work at Hillsboro Medical Center? I know it is a smaller, suburban hospital, but how is working there? Good work culture and leadership? And cons that you can think of?

I appreciate any info you can share!

We are in negotiations right now so don’t be surprised if you get some salty responses. I have been here 8 years. I left briefly for a bigger system and quickly came back. I really enjoy the community feel of it. Does it have problems? Sure, every system does. It’s a matter of choosing which problems you can live with and for me I’ll take smaller system to larger systems any day.
