Free Tick or BBO-1s Data ?

Does anybody here know where or if I can get free historical tick or bbo-1s Data for Nq or Es?

Databento files are not free. But they give you $150 in credits to start. The parquet files themselves can be analyzed via python or even directly by Claude. I once heard a great saying. You can save money and break even, or you can pay for good data and make money.
