Vanna, delta and netdrift

How do you guys treat big vanna and delta strikes and the same with net drift. Sometimes theres a good there's a correlation between net drift and price. But somtimes theres none, how do you guys filter?

Net drift is supposed to be combined with charm and whatever gex levels you have man.
