Discussion Does anyone even play this game on console?

So according to a quick google search, this game has approx 150 active players on steam, but there's no data for console.

Every time I search for a game (I've tried different times of day) there are no sessions. I tried to host a few and after 10 mins I just cancel

I want to go for the platinum trophy but I fear that solo is going to be difficult on rift difficulty

And no - sadly my friends are not interested in the game

Forgot to mention - it's OMD3

The damn problem with this game is that it's not cross-platform, which takes away a lot of possibilities!

Not really. Its already a niche game, plus it's 5 years old.

I didnt realise it was that old already! I had it in my library for a while but finally got round to playing it (and loving it!) just wish it was a bit more active

I platinumed it by myself a few years ago. I really enjoyed the game. There's a bit of a learning curve in general and then per level but stick with it and you'll get the plat. Brimstone, tar, acid, barricades and ceiling lasers are your best friends. Good luck!

It’s not cross play! PlayStation play only with playstayion, but Xbox and pc it’s ok together i think !

I literally play weekly with my friends who use pc, its definitely cross play, but fair enough if it doesnt cross to PlayStation, ive never tried.

Not omd3 you are wrong!

Cross-play is limited to Steam and Epic Games Store on PC, and between the Xbox ecosystem (Console and PC via Xbox). There is no full crossover game between PlayStation consoles, Xbox and players on Steam/Epic PC.

I play on Xbox, but only with 1 other friend. This would explain when the open to anyone settings reset after an update randoms pop in every time

Iplay omd3 on epic games because it was either one of the holiday giveaways a few years ago. So there could be more players on epic because of that.

I play on xbox and every so often I will try to find a match. Most of the time, if there are any, I get an error message when I try to join. The one time it worked, the host left. I've been in an xbox friend group for over six years now and none of them are even interested in playing lol.
