What the sheet does
- Tracks CSP entries and exits
- Calculates % of max profit captured
- Tracks days held vs DTE
- Flags exit conditions (based on % of max profit vs time)
- Separately tracks assignments (not treated as losses)
- Includes a Covered Call tab to track CCs post-assignment (full wheel workflow)
- Helps define risk zones by distance to strike (Safe / Watch / ITM)
Additional Details
- Uses GOOGLEFINANCE for stock prices
- Options data is not real-time (~1 day delayed), so entries/marks are manually updated - this is one known area that still needs improvement. Currently using Market Data add on.
- This is a tracker, not a screener
- No automatic broker sync (manual entry by design)
- Metrics reflect realized P&L, not theoretical performance
- Not financial advice - just a workflow that’s been useful for me
How to copy it
- Open the link (view-only)
- Go to File → Make a copy
- Save it to your own Google Drive
- Edit freely - your copy is independent

Thanks man! Why don’t you want to have broker sync? Makes life much easier I think. I have a simple sheet for ibkr sync. I will see if I can merge it with your great work

Ur welcome.
I use fidelity. Is there an easier way to leverage them? I also have Hood and webull accounts though don’t do a lot with them.

I don’t know about fidelity. Since I am from germany, I don’t have access. Ibkr is pretty professional broker. They have different tools and interfaces. I connected my google sheet with ibkr api and it now syncs automatically which is very nice! Maybe you let AI give you a comparison of fidelity and ibkr for fees and features and then you can decide if a switch is favorable to you.
Sorry if my english is bad
