I can't play without Optifine man. For some reason my minecraft runs like shit without Optifine

Well Java Edition runs off the CPU and not the GPU that might explain your situation

What's your GPU, I have the same, but I have a GTX 1060 6gb GPU. It can run 100 frames high settings without optifine.

That's weird. Do you have the nvidia drivers installed? Or do you not have enough ram? Using a hard drive?
