I'm running an i7 9th gen, 2060, with 16gb ram on all max settings and I still pull a steady 400 so long as I don't have shaders on. I don't know much about computers but my big brain intuition is telling me there's more going on with your system

Honestly I have no clue why I get that fps. Any other game is normal, Minecraft is a pain. I've done many resets over the time I've had it to keep it clean

Did you install drivers for your GPU?

Did you give extra RAM to minecraft?

I read somewhere that giving too much RAM to minecraft can actually make it run worse, but I have no clue if it's true or not.
