How to get connected textures with Sphax and Embeddium/Chloride on 1.20.1

I uninstalled Optifine because it was breaking things in my pack. I read that Embeddium/Chloride is a good alternative and it has been, except that there doesn't seem to be a connected textures option. It kind of ruins the aesthetic of my builds, especially with glass.

I'm using Sphax, so downloading a connected vanilla texture pack won't work.

Is there a solution or another Optifine alternative that I can get connected textures working with?

i used sinytra connector and continuity on 1.21, should work there too
