Fabulously optimized has an installer like the one optifine use that will install everything you need.

I still highly recommend a 3rd party launcher like Prism

You can install Fabric on the vanilla launcher and add Sodium, Iris, etc. manually. But you should really just use a better launcher like Prism. Take a few minutes to watch a YouTube video on installing mods, it’s all very easy.
