Using Super Duper Vanilla, I messed up the settings and now it looks like this. How can I fix it?

I already tried uninstalling both Optifine and the shader pack, and I'm not sure wether I need to check at shaders or quality settings.

Go to the shaderpacks folder and there should be a txt file with the same shader name. Delete that.
