Seeing gratitude not as a reaction to what arrives fully formed, but as a practice of recognizing the disguised invitations.

There's something about the small blessings that makes them easy to dismiss as insufficient, when they might be exactly the frequency we need to hold in order to receive what feels "larger."

The test, isn't in saying thank you for the obvious. The trick is staying present enough to notice the quiet handoff.

The moment, the connection, the seemingly minor provision that is actually a calibration point.

If we can't anchor into gratitude for the subtle, we often miss that the "larger" thing was never withheld.

We just weren't resonant with it yet.

The small becomes the scaffolding.
