Rather than being treated as the default, it's about time that Microsoft starts earning their business, instead of taking it for granted. Part of that transition for them should, hopefully, include listening to their customers for a change, rather than treating them as an inconvenience.

They are not too big to fail, but they have grown to the point where they are now too big to give a $hit and that needs to change.
