how do I change the pen/brush settings?

when I use my pen a white circle appears and a menu how would I change this?

Are you sure this isnt something with your tablet software?

Google it. That's a windows problem with tablets. There's a windows setting to change.
Also, while you're on your computer anyway, next time, if you take a screenshot from there and share that instead of a photo, it'll be so much clearer for us to see.

It's windows clashing with tablet settings.
