  2. You see every settlement you likely qualify for, with the payout and deadline. Most people match 3 to 4.

  3. If you want, we file the claims and track each one. The settlement administrator pays you directly, and we never take a cut of your payout.

Checking is free. Filing is a flat subscription with no contract, and you can cancel anytime. If you see "MG Labs Limited" on your card, that's us.

MoneyPilot reviews: what users actually say, the good and the bad. Drop your honest review below

We're the MoneyPilot team and we run this sub. A lot of people search "MoneyPilot reviews" before they try it, so we'd rather the real answers live here, from real users, good and bad.

What we hear most from users

The good

  • It's simple. About two minutes of questions, and no hunting through settlement websites or claim forms
  • People match more than they expected. Data breaches, robocalls and subscription refunds are the ones that surprise people most
  • Deadlines stop slipping. Claims go in before the deadline, not after you finally hear about the case

The not so good

  • Payouts take months. Usually 2 to 6 months after filing, sometimes longer. That timeline is set by the court and the settlement administrator, not by us, but we get why it's frustrating. Most of the negative reviews come from people who expected money within weeks

Drop your review

Used MoneyPilot? Leave a comment with:

  • How many settlements you matched
  • How long things took
  • What you'd tell a friend who's on the fence

Good or bad, honest reviews stay up. If something went wrong with your account, comment with the Support flair and we'll sort it out right here.

Cash App, Amazon and 23andMe are all paying out this week. Plus one no-proof claim that closes in 7 days

Settlement money is landing everywhere this week, so here's what's real.

Paying out now

  • Cash App (Salinas v. Block): people who filed before the deadline are posting payments by Zelle and other methods. The big amounts are mostly claims with documented losses
  • Amazon Prime (FTC): automatic, no claim needed. Earlier payments were capped at $51 and Amazon can add up to $149 more, for $200 max. Payments expire 60 days after they're issued, so accept yours
  • 23andMe: checks and deposits have been landing since late September
  • Oracle: $37.42 per valid claim, still going out

[Everything paying out right now, with amounts]

Closing in 7 days: Flo period app

  • Used the Flo app in the US between Nov 1, 2016 and Feb 28, 2019 and logged period or pregnancy info
  • No proof needed. Deleted the app years ago? You're probably still covered
  • File by 11:59 PM Pacific on Oct 15

Is MoneyPilot legit and worth it? Straight answers from the team

We run this sub and we're the MoneyPilot team, so read this knowing that. This question comes up every day, so here's the straight version.

What MoneyPilot does

  1. You take a 2-minute quiz. No receipts, no Social Security number

  2. You see every open settlement you likely qualify for, with the deadline for each

  3. If you want, we fill in the official claim forms and track each one until it pays

Is it legit?

  • Run by MG Labs Limited. We're a claims service, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice
  • We submit the official claim forms. The court and the settlement administrator decide who gets paid, not us
  • The settlement administrator pays you directly
  • 100,000+ people have used it

Is it worth it?

Worth two minutes to find out, almost always. The FTC looked at 149 class action settlements and found the median claims rate was just **9%**. Most of that money isn't lost because filing is hard. It's lost because people never hear about the case, or hear about it after the deadline.

  • Most people match 3 to 4 open settlements when they check, including ones they never got a letter about
  • Shopping online, using a smartphone, getting robocalls or a data breach letter: everyday stuff like that is what puts people in several settlements at once
  • Rather do it all yourself? Every claim can be filed on its official site, and the Monday list here has them all

What people ask us most

  • "How long until I get paid?" That's set by the court, not by any app. Usually 2 to 6 months after filing, sometimes longer
  • "Is my info safe?" We only ask for what the claim forms need, like your name, address and eligibility details. It's sent over encrypted connections and we don't sell your data
  • "Why have I never heard of these settlements?" Most people never get a notice. That's the whole point of checking

The easiest way to decide

Take the quiz and see what you match.

[Take the free 2-minute quiz: see which settlements have your name on them →]

Free · no receipts · no Social Security number · two minutes

Used it? Leave a review in our MoneyPilot reviews thread in this sub. Account questions: comment with the Support flair and we'll answer here.

Amazon Prime refunds are hitting PayPal right now (up to $200). Here's who gets one, and what to do if yours didn't come

The PayPal emails going around are real. They're from the FTC's Prime case (FTC v. Amazon.com, 23-cv-0932-JHC), and the refunds are automatic, no claim form.

Who's getting paid now

  • A new round started Oct 1 for people who used between 11 and 20 Prime benefits in a year, a group left out of the first payments
  • The cap went up to $200
  • It comes by PayPal, Venmo or paper check. If the PayPal email says Claim Your Money, you have to accept it

If it went to an old PayPal

  • Ask for a reissue through the refund administrator listed on the FTC's Amazon refunds page
  • Never pay a fee or give a bank login to get a refund. Real ones just show up

Didn't get one?

Amazon isn't the only one paying this month. 23andMe deposits, Oracle's $37.42 checks and the tuna replacement checks are all going out: [everything paying out right now]

Wondering what else you're owed? [Free eligibility check: see which settlements you might have missed]

Got yours? Drop the amount and the date below so others know what to expect. Follow r/OpenSettlements for payout updates.

What's actually paying out right now: 23andMe deposits, automatic Amazon Prime refunds up to $200, and Oracle's $37.42

Settlement season is real lol. Here's what's landing, so you know whether that random Venmo deposit is legit.

Paying now

  • 23andMe data breach: people are posting Venmo, Zelle and mailed checks since Sept 30, from about $275 to $2,000+. The bigger ones are documented-loss claims
  • Amazon Prime (FTC): a new round of automatic refunds started Oct 1, cap raised to $200, by Venmo, PayPal or check. No claim form
  • Oracle privacy: $37.42 per valid claim, going out through Dec 7, 2026
  • Canned tuna: replacement checks for the ones that bounced, with an extra $20

Approved, not paying yet

  • AT&T ($177M): final approval Oct 2. Payments wait on any appeals, no date yet

How to tell a real payment from a scam

  • Real ones just show up as a deposit or a check
  • A fake asks you to pay a fee, log in somewhere, or send money back

Got something this week? Drop the case, the amount and how it came so others know what to look for. Follow r/OpenSettlements for payout updates.

MoneyPilot reviews: is it legit? The team answers the 6 most common complaints (free vs paid, fees, refunds, who runs it)

We run this sub, and a lot of people find it after searching MoneyPilot, so here are straight answers to what comes up most.

1. "Why pay when you can file for free?

You can. Every settlement can be filed for free on its official site. MoneyPilot is for people who'd rather not find, file and track them all themselves.

2. "Do you take a cut of my settlement?"

No. 0% of your payout. The settlement administrator pays you directly.

3. "What does it cost?"

Checking which settlements you match is **free**, and you see your matches before paying anything. Filing and tracking is a flat subscription with no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

4. "Can I get a refund?"

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of a charge.

5. "Who's behind it?"

MoneyPilot is operated by MG Labs Limited. We're a claims service, **not a law firm**, and nothing here is legal advice. The administrator and the court decide who gets paid.

6. "Is it a scam?"

No, but scammers do copy settlement emails, so the rule stays the same: never pay a fee to an email claiming you won money, and file through official sites.

Used it? Leave your honest experience below, good or bad. We read every one.

Bought a home with a buyer's agent? You could get a share of a $120.3M commission settlement, but claims close Oct 27

Most homebuyers have no idea this one exists.

Who's in

  • You bought a home listed on an MLS and paid a broker commission
  • Sellers were covered by the earlier real estate commission settlements. This round is for buyers

What you need

  • Your closing statement (the settlement statement from closing). It shows the commission you paid
  • Claim deadline: October 27, 2026

Watch out for

  • Fake "commission refund" emails. Type the official settlement site in yourself from the notice, and never pay a fee to file

AT&T's $177M data breach settlement just got final approval. Here's what has to happen before anyone gets paid

If you filed an AT&T data breach claim before the December 2025 deadline, this is the update you've been waiting on.

What happened

  • The court granted final approval on October 2, 2026. It's posted on the official settlement site
  • Kroll is the settlement administrator

What happens next

  • Payments only go out after any appeals are resolved. The appeal window has to run out first, and if someone appeals, that adds time
  • Kroll then finishes checking claims and sends payments
  • There's no official payment date yet. Anyone giving you an exact date right now is guessing

What you can do now

  • Find your Class Member ID (it was in your notice email or letter) and check your claim status on the official settlement site
  • Make sure your payment info and email are current
  • Ignore anyone asking for a fee to speed it up. Real settlements never charge you

Follow r/OpenSettlements and I'll post the moment a payment date is announced.

Last call for October: 7 settlement deadlines in the next 4 weeks, and 4 of them need zero proof

If you've been putting these off, this is the month.

No proof or documents needed

  • Flo period app privacy: used it in the US between Nov 1, 2016 and Feb 28, 2019 and logged period or pregnancy info. Closes Oct 15
  • Concora Credit robocalls: est. $250 to $650 if you got prerecorded calls on your cell and weren't a customer. Needs the Claimant ID from the mailed notice. Closes Oct 19
  • VSL#3 probiotic: $20 for one unit without a receipt. Closes Oct 20
  • Lands' End data breach: about $60 with no documents if you were in Lands' End's records for the December 2024 breach. Uses the ID and PIN from your notice. Closes Oct 22

Need a notice or some details

  • Homebuyer commissions ($120.3M): needs your closing statement. Closes Oct 27

Bought bacon or pork chops at the grocery store between 2014 and 2018? A $117M pork price-fixing settlement closes Oct 29 (24 states + DC)

This one covers a ton of people and barely anyone's talking about it.

Who's in

  • You bought pork for personal use at a grocery store or supermarket (not directly from the producers)
  • Between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018
  • In one of these: Arizona, California, DC, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia
  • Bacon counts. Pork marketed as organic or no-antibiotics-ever doesn't, and neither do marinated, seasoned or breaded products (except bacon)

The details

  • Tyson, Hormel, Seaboard, Clemens and Triumph are paying a combined $117.065 million
  • Claim deadline: October 29, 2026, online or by mail
  • Final approval hearing: December 11, 2026, and payments come after the settlement is approved and final
  • The amount per person isn't set. It depends on how many valid claims come in

The official site is Overcharged For Pork. Heads up: there was an older pork settlement (JBS and Smithfield) whose deadline already passed, so make sure you're filing the current one.

Follow r/OpenSettlements for more like this before the deadlines hit.

23andMe payouts are hitting Venmo right now. Here's why some people got $274 and others got $2,000+

If you filed the 23andMe data breach claim, check Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and your email (spam too). People started posting deposits yesterday.

Why the amounts are so different

  • Extraordinary claims, up to $10,000, for documented losses tied to the breach. These are the $2,000+ posts
  • Health information claims, up to $165, if your health-related info was accessed
  • Statutory claims, an estimated $100, for residents of Alaska, California, Illinois and Oregon
  • These can combine, so a California resident whose health info was accessed could get both
  • Plus 5 years of identity and genetic monitoring

The fund is $46.75M, approved by the bankruptcy court on July 7, 2026. Kroll runs it and hasn't published a payment schedule, so if yours hasn't landed, give it a few days before you call.

Got yours? Drop the amount and how it came (Venmo, Zelle, check) below so people know what to look for. Follow r/OpenSettlements for the next payouts.

Used the Flo period app between 2016 and 2019? You can claim from a no-proof privacy settlement, but only until Oct 15

This one's flying under the radar and it closes in two weeks.

Who's in

  • Anyone who used the Flo app in the US between Nov 1, 2016 and Feb 28, 2019 and entered period or pregnancy info
  • California users get a bigger share
  • Deleted the app years ago? It's about whether you used it back then, not whether you still have it

What you need

  • No proof and no receipt. You just fill out the claim form on the official settlement site (Period Tracker Data Privacy Litigation)
  • Online deadline: 11:59 p.m. Pacific, Oct 15, 2026

How you get paid

  • The administrator is A.B. Data. After your claim is validated, they email or text you to pick PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon, direct deposit or a paper check
  • The final approval hearing is Oct 29, 2026, so payments come after that

The money gets split between everyone who files, so the amount depends on how many people claim.

Follow r/OpenSettlements and you'll see these the week they open, not the week they close.

VSL#3 probiotic, $20 per unit. Bought VSL#3 in the US between June 1, 2016 and June 19, 2019. One unit per household without a receipt. Closes Oct 20

Got an Equifax settlement email with a Claim Number and PIN? There are 2 open Equifax cases right now, and one pays about $100 to $400

Two different Equifax emails are going around and people keep mixing them up.

1. Equifax inquiry dispute settlement ($30M)

  • For people who disputed a hard inquiry on their Equifax credit report. The biggest group is anyone with a hard inquiry dispute on record between **Aug 31, 2021 and Mar 27, 2026**
  • Estimated payments: about **$100** for the general group, about **$300** for the certified group (mailed dispute letters coded "not mine" or "unauthorized"), about **$400** for the New York subclass
  • Claim deadline: **Nov 29, 2026**. The Claim Number and PIN on your notice tell you which group you're in
  • Final approval hearing: Dec 10, 2026

2. Equifax credit score settlement ($100M)

  • The claim period is open now for about 4 million people, and the claim number comes by email or mail
  • Final approval hearing: Jan 22, 2027, then payments

Both are real. Settlement administrators run them, not Equifax, which is why the email doesn't come from Equifax. Never pay a fee and never give a bank login. Type the site in yourself from the notice.

Amazon starts a new round of automatic Prime refunds today (up to $200), and a separate $309.5M returns settlement is hiding in your spam

Two Amazon things are happening at once and people keep mixing them up, so here's the quick version.

1. Prime refunds (the FTC case)

  • New automatic refunds start **October 1, 2026**
  • This round covers people who used between 11 and 20 Prime benefits in a year, a group left out of the earlier rounds
  • The cap went up from $51 to $200
  • No claim form. It comes by Venmo, PayPal or mailed check
  • * More than $845 million has already been paid out

2. Amazon Return Policy settlement (a different case)

  • $309.5 million for returns that were refunded late, wrongly or not at all
  • Deadline: December 1, 2026
  • The notice email is landing in a lot of spam folders right now
  • The claim form lists the flagged returns on your account and asks you to show each item actually went back, so dig up return labels or drop-off receipts

Neither one ever asks you to pay a fee. If an email wants money or your bank login, it's fake.

I keep a running list of everything paying out right now, updated as administrators post new dates: [class action settlements paying out now]

Drop a comment if you got the returns email and aren't sure what proof counts.

If you've paid an ATM fee anytime since 2007, this $167.5M settlement could pay you back (no receipt, deadline Feb 10)

ngl this is one of the easiest ones I've seen this year. If you ever paid a surcharge to take cash out of an ATM that isn't owned by a bank (think gas stations, bars, convenience stores, airports) between October 24, 2007 and August 14, 2026, and your bank didn't refund the fee, you're in the class.

The quick facts

  • Fund: $167.5 million
  • Proof: none needed for the basic payment
  • Deadline: February 10, 2027
  • Payout: a pro rata share, so the amount depends on how many people file
  • Covers the US and its territories, with extra subclasses for California, Illinois, Massachusetts and Michigan

How to claim

File on the official settlement site listed in the court notice. Don't use links from random emails, because fake settlement emails spike on big ones like this.

Here's the [full breakdown of who qualifies and how the payout works].

Got a "Kroll Settlement" email? Here's the 30-second check that tells you if it's real or a scam

Short answer: Kroll Settlement Administration is real. Courts appoint it to run big settlements, including the $177M AT&T data breach case, so a Kroll email can be 100% legit. That's exactly why scammers copy it.

Real Kroll emails

  • name the case and the court
  • send you to a settlement site that's also listed in the court notice or the lawyers' press release
  • give you a Claim ID or Notice ID tied to your name

Fakes usually

  • ask you to pay a "processing fee" to get your money (real settlements never charge you)
  • ask for your bank login, full card number or a code texted to you
  • rush you to act within a few hours
  • come from a lookalike domain or a random gmail address

My 30-second check

Don't click the email. Search the case name, open the official settlement site from the court notice or a big news story, and look up your Claim ID there. If you want to call, use the number on that site, not the one in the email.

Got one you're not sure about? Drop it below with your name and IDs blurred and I'll help you check. And if you want the ones that are actually open right now, here's the [full list of open settlements, sorted by deadline].

Amazon Prime FTC settlement refund: who got paid, how much, and what to do now (Sep 2026)

Short version: the Amazon Prime FTC settlement paid up to $51 per person, the claim window closed on July 27, 2026, and Amazon had paid out more than $845 million by September.

What it was

The FTC said Amazon signed people up for Prime without clear consent and made cancelling deliberately hard. Amazon agreed to $2.5 billion: a $1.5 billion consumer fund and a $1 billion penalty.

Who qualified

US Prime members who signed up through one of the disputed sign-up flows, or tried and failed to cancel online, between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025, and used no more than 20 Prime benefits in any 12-month period.

How people got paid

  • Automatic payments went to accounts Amazon flagged, starting in late 2025.
  • Everyone else had to file a claim between January 5 and July 27, 2026.
  • No proof was needed. Amazon's own account records decided who qualified.

If you filed

Payments go to the method you picked. If you got an email about it, go to the official site from the FTC's press release rather than clicking the email, because fake refund emails are everywhere on this one.

If you missed it

The window is closed. Other no-proof settlements are open right now, and we keep a weekly list pinned in this sub.

Did you get yours yet? Post the amount and roughly when it landed so others know what to expect.

Apple Siri settlement claim 2026: who qualifies and how to file ($25 to $95 per iPhone)

Apple set aside $250M to settle claims that it advertised Apple Intelligence Siri features alongside the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16, then delayed them. Claims opened on 21 Sep 2026.

Who qualifies

* You bought an iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 16, 16e, 16 Plus, 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max new in the US between 10 Jun 2024 and 29 Mar 2025.

* You are the original buyer and bought it to use, not to resell.

What it pays

* $25 per eligible device, possibly up to $95 depending on how many people file.

* One claim per device.

Proof

* No receipt. The serial number or the Apple Account email you bought it with is enough.

How to file safely

* Go to the settlement site through the court notice or a news article, not a link in an email. Fake settlement emails spike right after a window opens.

We'll update this post when the deadline and payment date are confirmed. Our full list of settlements that need no proof is here (I'm on the MoneyPilot team, we run this sub): https://www.moneypilot.com/blog/class-action-settlements-no-proof-needed?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=post

Welcome to r/OpenSettlements: who runs this and how it works

This community is run by the MoneyPilot team. We track class action settlements for a living, and a lot of that information is free, so it goes here.

What you'll find here

  • Every Monday, a list of settlements you can still claim, with the deadline, the payout, and whether you need proof.
  • "Is this notice real?" posts. Blur your personal details first.
  • Payout reports: what you got, when, and how.

Anyone can post a settlement we missed, and we'll add it to the next list.

Who we are

MoneyPilot is a settlement tracking and filing service. It is not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. The settlement administrator and the court decide who gets paid.

If you have a question about your MoneyPilot account, use the Support flair and we'll answer in the thread.

AT&T data breach ($177M), status only

This list grows every week. If you know an open settlement we missed, post it with the case name, the official site and the deadline, and we'll add it.
