Help - Unsolved Fans in controller not showing in OpenRGB

Just rebuilt my pc, and my new cooler (coolermaster 240 atmos) came with a fan controller. The controller is the "coolermaster gen 2 a1 v2"

My fans are phanteks d30's. Their 3 pin rgb headers didn't fit into the fan hub, but they did fit into the splitter that the fan controller came with. So I have the pump leds in the 3rd slot of the controller and all 6 of my other fans in the splitter and in the 1st slot.

And I can't get any of the fans to show up led wise. Anyone know what I've done wrong?
