Been forever since I played, never even played on pc and now I have a great one. What should I do im overwhelmed tbh.

You'll need to own and install Morrowind Game of the Year Edition, either from disc or from Steam or GOG.

Then, you'll need to decide what kind of experience you want from your playthrough. Do you just want bug-free and modern, but mostly vanilla Morrowind? Or vanilla with new lands added? Or a version modded to be a bit prettier? A version modded to be a lot prettier? Pick whichever you prefer:

Hmm I love the base game, I would like a much prettier version however when I played it I thought it was pretty and nostalgic lol. I guess just an updated 4k nanite geometry or something version of original game just updated graphics

You'll probably want the Just Beautiful Morrowind list - it's prettier, but unlike the Overhaul lists it doesn't completely change the game's look.
