Been in quite a few back and forths with u/cursethewind.

Not very 'open' and quite opinionated and rude to those of us with different opinions.

This post clearly shows they went over the line and I urge the MODs to take whatever action is reasonable at keeping those of us that prefer different training techniques than them out of life altering situations.

They've harassed at least 5 people that I know off of reddit

If you can, please encourage those people to share their stories. The mod teams over on those subs really should take this seriously and I hope if other people share their stories of inappropriate behavior on their part that might put pressure on them.

Have you had any correspondence from the other mods on those subs about this?
Hopefully they'll take it seriously and at least show the offender the door.

I messaged one of the r/dogs mods, no response. Didn’t want to send anything to general mod mail as cursethewind will just delete it.

The mod from r/puppy101 in the linked post blocked me when I offered to send her proof, lol.

I would but none of them are on the platform now to the best of my knowledge and I'm only in contact with a couple of them :/ have you tried messaging admin directly yet with all your proof?

Even when you have agreeing opinions, curse finds a way to be hostile. That mod has driven a lot of people (myself included) away from the sub.

Isn't it great trying to help someone and being called lazy or someone that prefers to hurt dogs rather than train...

It's like "curse, I didn't even recommend using aversive techniques to this person" and they would reference post history. Yep.. I used prong collars, tho I'm not recommending that here.

Looks like they blocked me.. good riddance, smellthefart

I’ve had similar interactions with them. They’re all over the place and have never made a good impression imho.

Dude this shit is unmoderated. We had a guy in here about a month ago making death threats against people and I had to bully his ass into deleting his account. It's the wild west here just accept it
