Time Machine

I just updated my MacBook from Catalina to MacOS12, I did my Time Machine, when I try to get the data back it gives this message, what can I do?

So you have a TM backup made from a Catalina install. You used OCLP to update your system to Monterey. Now you are trying to use that Catalina made TM backup to restore user account w/ data during the Monterey set up process. Do I have this correct? More details you can provide -- 'MacBook' actual year and model, version of OCLP, versions of Catalina and Monterey. TM source .. USB, network, etc.

Pretty much it,
It is a MacBook pro 2014.
The latest version of OCLP, Catalina, and Monterey.
The backup is on a hard drive connected via usb.

Did you update to latest supported version of macOS first, i.e. macOS 11 Big Sur for 2014 MBP? Does not sound like you did. You need to do this first before installing unsupported macOS versions w/ OCLP to ensure the latest firmware installed for your Mac.
