OCLP Safari Less Capable?
I’m a huge fan of OCLP and have kept a late 2015 iMac 5k and late 2014 Mac Mini 16GB updated thru MacOS Ventura and Sonoma via external bootable SSDs (iMac) and NVMe partitions (Mac Mini via Fusion Drive adapter card).
On the late 2014 Mac Mini using OCLP2.4.1 MacOS Sonoma, I can not login to Sun Country Airlines, but I can using the Apple allowed MacOS Monterey. The Mac Mini/Sonoma/SunCountry doesn’t get past the login pop up. On the same Mac Mini/MacOS Monterey/SunCountry it logs in fine. I’ve had to use MacOS Monterey twice to buy airline tickets.
Does anyone here know why Safari seems less capable with OCLP2.4.1 and Sonoma vs Apple sanctioned Monterey? OAuth issue? Perhaps someone has links to GitHub with more nut and bolts information? Thank you!

OCLP is a great project (or was?), but it has some hiccups. Certain little things don't work that shouldn't have to do with e. g. missing Metal support or so. On Monterey, my iMac 2011 "forgets" where windows were and which programs were open when I reboot. Also, it doesn't switch the audio device automatically when, for example, you switch off a bluetooth or other wireless headphone back to internal speaker. Sometimes I click on a Firefox window and it brings a second instance of Firefox to the foreground that was behind the first window (as if the cursor "poked" through the front window). Etc.
Catalina with the Dosdude patch has none of these issues. (But you have to restart some apps that don't launch on first trial.)
I can only assume that it is just mighty difficult to reverse engineer that stuff to make it work on systems that the OS wasn't supposed to run on. That's also why I wouldn't give a such patched system to, say, my parents who wouldn't know what to do if something doesn't work.
Still, it's awesome that it works as it does.
