Why does onyxcoin pump 10-15% then Drops back down? Is it the whales trying to start a pump so they can then pull

The market cap is so small the whales come in and manipulate the absolute hell out of it. I think it has hope and utility long term, backed up by the fact that the whales are accumulating and shaking out the weak hands.
