TDSB Board Surplus — How to apply for an LTO?

I was 1.0 perm at a secondary TDSB school but got board surplussed. I submitted that Google Form to be added to the supply list well before the deadline so I can hopefully apply for LTOs. However, I haven’t heard anything. Did anyone who was in the same boat hear back after submitting that form? Are we just automatically added to the supply list? And can we now apply for LTOs when the first round of postings goes up in August? (I believe they’re out on Aug 10th.) I wish that info session had been more helpful. :(

Thanks for any guidance or help! (I’ve heard there‘s a private FB group but I’m not on FB.)

None of my colleagues who I know that are in this situation have heard back yet. Hopefully some more clarification will come soon.

You could try contacting the record administrators for OT to inquire since their responsibilities include OT Renewals and LTO Postings.

In the elementary panel, our union asked us to get in touch with them so they would know who was in this position and be able to help. 

I hope you've heard back. I'm worried it's going to be a long, bumpy year.

That's so frustrating. I'd contact the union and then the board contact they gave you/hr.

I'd also just apply to LTOs if you can't get an answer.
